1. Adults only

The Goon Dome ("the Dome") is an adult entertainment experience. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and viewing adult content must be legal where you are. We may ask you to verify your age, and we may refuse or end access if we believe you do not meet these requirements.

2. Content and AI statement

Every character in the Dome, including "Dekota", is generated by artificial intelligence and depicts a fictional adult aged 18 or over. No real person is depicted, and any resemblance to a real person is coincidental. Content never depicts or implies minors, and nothing in the Dome is created from real people's images without their consent.

3. Passes and payments

Passes give you timed access to the Dome and, where stated, a number of personalised voice lines. Prices are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by our payment provider (currently Fanvue), whose own terms also apply. Time on a pass runs while you are in the Dome. Because passes are digital content delivered immediately, they are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise (including under the Australian Consumer Law) or where the Dome fails to work and we cannot fix it.

4. Personalised lines

Lines you ask Dekota to say must not involve minors, real identifiable people, non-consent, violence, illegal acts, hate or harassment. We filter requests and may refuse any line. Lines are generated for your private use only.

5. Your use

Access is personal. Don't share, record, resell or redistribute the Dome or its content, attempt to bypass payment or age checks, or interfere with the service.

6. Health

The Dome includes flashing light, fast visual changes and optional brainwave audio. Don't use it if you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition or a pacemaker, and never while driving or operating machinery. Take breaks.

7. Changes and availability

We may change, suspend or end features. If we end the service, we'll refund unused paid time where the law requires.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the Dome is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
